the only link that I have ever seen to replace a show, is on the page of a completed show.
I uploaded a show and had a md5 error, so I wanted to reupload and replace with a corrected folder, but I saw no option to replace

bad show:
http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-details-db.php?id=19046
good show:
http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-details-db.php?id=19086

should I just fill out an error report for the bad show to have it removed. Is there a secret "replace" option that I dont know ab00t?

when a show has an md5 error you don't need to make a new contribution, you just upload the failing tracks. a good way to do that is to just re-que the folder back into your upload folder and if the file on the server matches the file onyour HD, your FTP should skip it, but say if a file is only half uploaded and is probably the source of the md5 failure, taht would help fix it.

then just go into your contribution center and click 'i've resolved the problem' and it will re-que the show to be checked ...

not sure how the system allowed the same show with the same md5 to be re-uploaded ... but we'll figure out what is up with this show soon enough ...

the 'replace show' option is when there is a fully public show and you want to replace what is up with a new set of files (idealy the full correct file set) ...

I deleted the details page for the "bad show".
